Booking on Staywia is quick and easy. Once you select your dates and confirm availability, the entire process usually takes just a few minutes. After payment is completed securely through iyzico, you’ll receive instant confirmation and all the check-in details from the host.
We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment partner iyzico. You can also use BKM Express and other locally supported payment options, depending on your bank. All payments are processed in Turkish Lira (₺) and include no hidden fees.
If you receive a tax statement from Staywia or our payment partner (iyzico), it means your activity on the platform may be subject to local tax regulations. We recommend consulting with a tax advisor to understand your obligations. Hosts are responsible for declaring their rental income, and Guests typically aren’t required to take any action unless specified by local laws.
Currently, Staywia supports only one payment method per reservation. You’ll need to complete the full payment using a single credit card, debit card, or supported method through iyzico at checkout.
Staywia does not store any payment information. All payments are processed securely through our payment partner, iyzico. You’ll be asked to enter your payment details each time you make a reservation, so there’s no need to edit or delete saved methods.
Booking Questions
Yes, you can make changes to a pending reservation request as long as there are more than 24 hours left before check-in. Simply go to your reservation details and select “Modify Request” to adjust your dates, number of guests, or message to the host. After that point, changes may not be accepted and cancellation policies may apply.
To cancel a reservation request that hasn’t been confirmed yet, go to your Trips or Reservations page, find the request, and click “Cancel Request.” If your booking has already been accepted and confirmed, cancellation terms will depend on the host’s cancellation policy. Please review the listing’s policy for refund eligibility before proceeding.
You can check the status of all your bookings by going to the “Reservations” tab in your Account. There, you’ll see whether your reservation is pending, confirmed, or completed — along with details like check-in time, address, and host contact info.
You can find all your reservations by logging into your account and clicking on the “My Trips” or “Reservations” section. There you’ll see a list of your current, upcoming, and past bookings — along with all the details you need, including check-in time, location, and contact info.
Payment is processed immediately when you confirm your booking on Staywia. We use our secure payment partner, iyzico, to handle all transactions safely and promptly, so your reservation is secured right away.

Yes, you can go ahead and send a booking request. If the host does not respond within 24 hours, you have the option to cancel your request without any penalty or fees. We recommend reviewing other listings as well to ensure you find the perfect stay.
After booking, you can easily share your trip details by using the “Share” button available on your reservation page. This lets you send all important information—like check-in time, address, and host contact—to friends or family via email, messaging apps, or social media.
